Robert W. Guthrie, Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for GDC's vision, values, and overall strategy, Mr. Guthrie has more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate development & management industries. He was a partner with Burke Real Estate Group where he was instrumental in the acquisition and/or development of over 4 million square feet of property. Mr. Guthrie holds ownership interest in projects totaling in excess of 1.8 million square feet and has earned Bachelor of Science degree in finance with real estate emphasis from the University of Southern California. |

John O'Brien, President
Mr. O'Brien oversees all development, acquisition, due diligence and property management activities. He worked in the industrial division of Grubb and Ellis as a broker as well as with Burke Real Estate Group as Director of Asset Management before joining GDC. With a ten year history in the industrial real estate business, Mr. O'Brien has been responsible for development of over 750,000 square feet of industrial R&D product. He has also conducted the acquisition due diligence for over 500,000 square feet of multi-tenant industrial properties and personally managed over 600,000 square feet of industrial, office, and retail space in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine and a master of arts degree in business from Webster University in St. Louis, and currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Marine Corps Reserve. |

Daria Rose, CPA
Responsible for all GDC's financial information, Daria Rose handles investor and lending reporting, internal reporting, and tax planning for more than 20 of GDC's entities. With 20+ years of accounting experience and 5 years in real estate, Miss Rose facilitates due diligence and financial analysis in their various stages of real estate acquisition & development.

Gary D. Guzman, Project Manager
As Project Manager, Mr. Guzman is responsible for the financial analysis, due diligence, acquisition/financing, entitlement, and construction management of GDC's acquisitions and development projects. With over 14 years of commercial real estate experience, he has held various positions at Heller Financial / GE Capital, Toyo Trust and Fuji Bank. As Vice President/Loan Officer, Senior Underwriter, and Investment Manager, Mr. Guzman was responsible for the origination and underwriting of over $550 million in debt and equity financings over the last ten years as well as the management of over $600 million in loans. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics - Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and also holds a California Real Estate Broker license.

Brett W. Anderson, Project Manager
Mr. Anderson assumes responsibility for all aspects of real estate development including due diligence, financial analysis, acquisition, entitlement, and construction management. Bringing 15 years of diversified real estate development experience, his primary focus remains the industrial, office, and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining GDC, Mr. Anderson served as Project Manager for The Robert Mayer Corporation of Newport Beach, California, where he was responsible for the development of the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa - a 517-room, $180 million luxury resort. He graduated in 1985 Summa Cum Laude from The University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis.

Laurie Lendzion, Administrative Assistant & Assistant Property Manager
Miss Lendzion is responsible for normal administrative and accounting support for both Guthrie Development Company and Guthrie Asset Management. She provides all AP/AR functions for both companies as well as administrative support for two development project managers and one property manager. She brings over 20 years of accounting experience to GDC, with the most recent being specific to the real estate industry. Miss Lendzion is also a commissioned Notary Public.

Josh Saul, Assistant Project Manager
Serving as Assistant Project Manager, Mr. Saul specializes in business origination through commercial broker relationships. Before joining GDC, he was a Sales Representative with Fidelity National Title. Josh graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
